Peace in Combat

A favorite story about one of the lullabies found on the Comfort Player.

As a child, I heard some of these songs in my home. As a Marine deployed in Afghanistan, one song in particular, 'Stay With Me' - brought me peace in combat situations. I'm stateside now with a Purple Heart and PTSD. My healing has been helped by paddling a kayak in White Salmon, WA. And, yes, that song still brings me peace, only now it's while taking a waterfall on Little White Salmon river.
